The sources sheet

The file is built from dated captures, not from memory. The primary source is the public archive's record of steeplechaseveterinaryhospital.com, which holds the site at intervals between 2007 and 2023. Those captures show two distinct eras: a VetHost-built site with custom content pages and a large veterinary topic library, and a later WordPress site carrying the line Personalized Care for Pampered Pets.

What the archive kept

The captures preserved the homepage at several dates, the full navigation trees of both eras, the service and medical menus, the wellness plan pages, the doctor biographies, and the practice's published address, phone numbers and hours. They also preserved the shape of the client library: roughly a hundred veterinary topic pages plus member extras, from printable puzzles to pet memorials.

What came from outside the archive

Public business and court records place the practice's corporate name, its Cumming address, and a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing in February 2019. The 2022 capture shows the domain parked behind a Coming soon page, which is the last state the record holds before this file opened.

How the sheets cite

Each sheet lists its sources at the top, with dated archive links where a page survives. Where a page is known only by its place in a menu, the sheet says so. Where the record stops, the sheet stops; nothing in the file is written past the evidence.

Corrections

A sheet that misreads the record is a defect in the file. Anyone holding a better capture, a correction, or a document the archive missed can send it to the desk; the file is kept open precisely so the record can be amended.
