The cover sheet

The Practice File is a dossier, not a clinic. Between roughly 2007 and 2019 this domain carried the website of Steeplechase Veterinary Hospital and Animal Behavior Center, Inc., a full-service animal hospital in Steeplechase Plaza on Bethelview Road in Cumming, Georgia. Its pages listed surgeries and boarding, named the doctors on staff, handed out care sheets to clients, and carried a library of veterinary topics built for the waiting room.

What a sheet is

Each section here is a folder in the file. The service sheets hold what the practice offered, from the surgical suite to the grooming salon; the doctor files keep the names the site published; the care sheets keep the client-facing handouts, the wellness plans and the behaviour centre's papers; the practice papers keep the address, the hours, the forms and the site's own record, including how it ended.

What the record shows and does not

The public capture record kept the navigation, the service lists, the doctor pages and the published hours. It did not keep appointment books, medical records or invoices, and nothing here pretends otherwise. Where the record is silent, the sheet says so. Where two versions of a page disagree across the years, the sheet notes the versions rather than choosing one.

What this site is not

This is not the hospital's website and not a veterinary practice. Nothing here books an appointment, fills a prescription, or speaks for the doctors. The phone numbers and hours quoted belong to the record; they are kept as evidence, not as a way to reach anyone. Names and dates are quoted as historical record, and the photographs on these sheets are illustrations of the file, not the clinic's own pictures.

Reaching the desk

The file is maintained by an editor, not a receptionist. Corrections to the record, documents worth adding, and questions about the file itself can be sent to the desk through the site record kept in the domain's public archive listings.
