Payment Options

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.

2. We accept debit cards or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash.  All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

3. Personal checks are accepted from clients having an established payment history with us.

4. We also accept Citi Health Cards, a payment option using extended-payment financing from Citibank.  Applications can be completed and submitted for approval at our hospital , or you can apply online, for a credit line that can be used for additional treatments or purchases.  Highlights of the Citi Health Card Program program are:  

• No down payment required
• No interest payment plans for 6, 12 or 18 month for purchases exceeding $250, $500 or $750, respectively 
• Extended payment plans for 24, 36 or 48 months for purchases exceeding $1000, $1500, or $2000, respectively  
• Fast credit decisions
• Revolving line of credit
• View, manage and pay your account online

Insurance For Your Pets
